Got a great fridge at a good price. This is an economical, environmentally friendly place to shop for appliances and support a locally owned business at the same time. They removed the old appliances when they delivered the new ones and were very professional. They wore mask during the entire delivery to keep us safe. Definitely shop here first.

This is a long post but it shows the customer service is excellent. I bought a washer from them 6 month ago. The washer was out of warranty and they came to diagnosis the problem but it was a plumbing issues. I paid the service fee. Once I got the plumbing issue fixed, the washer would not work at all. I called them and they explained to me the part to fix the washer was expensive and gave me other options. The lady was very nice and was very professional. She understood how I felt about the situation and she agreed. She told me to go to the store and they would have an arrangement for me. They gave me an acceptable option with delivery and set up. I will be using them again for other appliances.

This is a BLACK OWNED BUSINESS so I’ll definitely support it.I just moved into my house and it didn’t have a stove or fridge. I went to Best Price Appliances and got both at a GREAT PRICE. C.J was a great help sale women polite and reasonable... IM GOING BACK FOR A WASHER AND DRYER.

I received pleasant service when looking for and paying for a washer and dryer. I scheduled to have the set delivered in the morning hours. The morning hours for the delivery came and went. I called and was told that I had been scheduled for the afternoon with no explanation of why my delivery had been changed and the delivery would be at 2 pm. I waited. I called back and was told that delivery would be between 2 and 4 (it was after 2:30 by this time). I received a call at around 3:30 to say that the delivery people were pulling up. When they hadn't pulled up at 3:45 I called again. I was told they were now 3 minutes away (was still a longer wait time than that). I called back to say that the service I received was unprofessional and was hung up on. The washer and dryer works so far, but I will not use this company again! I'm not sure if the representative hadn't had her fix for the moment or not but this experience was like dealing with Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I never knew what attitude I was going to get. Customer service goes a long way for referrals and repeat customers.
