This was my first Big Tex purchase. While Big Tex may seem a little higher than some of your discount brands, the high quality workmanship is very apparent. I’d say my money was well-spent. Super nice staff. Melissa took the time to review everything on the trailer and answer all of my questions. There was also a very knowledgeable gentleman who was very helpful (didn’t catch name).

Knowledgeable staff and was willing to give tour of facility and all trailers even in pouring down rain and mud! Owner was also willing to drop off trailer after purchase to desired Sign and Decal shop to have graphics applied to trailer! Title and paperwork arrived at my business location within 3 days of purchase!

Absolutely amazing store to buy a trailer from! The manager Danny is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Bought a 22gn from him and it was super simple. Plan on buying another soon and will definitely be going back here to get it!
