I had Bright Star home health care for 15 months after having a long hospitalization, then being in a physical rehabilitation facility for several months afterward. Having home health care was a completely new experience for me, but I was almost 100% satisfied with Bright Star’s aides. When I first came home from rehab, I needed almost total care, and my aides were so helpful in doing anything I needed to have done, either for me, or in doing laundry, light cleaning, cooking, etc. Such kind aides, and Bright Star was always, always available by phone to answer questions and concerns. They so richly deserve my highest rating!

I just had a most positive experience with Edith and Remy. Edith took me to a medical procedure that I needed to have someone standing by and take me home once it was completed. She was so pleasant and I felt confident that she could attend to my needs. Concurrently, I needed someone to stay with my mom as she is in hospice and I couldn't leave her home alone unattended. Remy was most capable, caring and gently attending to my mom's needs while I was away. Thank you, BrightStar!!
