We rented a unit here for an \extended\ test drive, to see if we wanted to buy one for our retirement. Short story, after visiting Nashville and Atlanta, we were sold. We bought our \Retirement Rig\ within two months. Now this particular Cruise America vendor earned his 5 stars. A great experience, we had rented from another location a few years back and the service there was no where as good. My highest recommendation!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The RV was clean and everything worked as it should. This was my first time renting a RV and everything went better than expected. I will definitely be back again.

Friendly yes thats all but it feels like your walking into a dungeon didn't let you check out an RV inside nor look inside of one. No USB no TV, , DVD hook up no wifi , n their prices are retarded plus they won't allow you to tow your vehicle behind their RV

I was told I could pick up an RV before a great road trip for the weekend. I was instructed by the manager to pick up the vehicle between 4:30 and 5:30 on a Thursday afternoon. I showed up at 4:58 to a completely closed shop with the staff refusing to give me the RV completely ruining my weekend. The communication at this establishment is atrocious, and the lack of respect I received was inexcusably unprofessional.
