I found the services of Mr. Electric to be professional from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy and I appreciated the fact that a picture of my technician was sent to me prior to his arrival. My technician, Ryan, was so helpful. He was able to trouble shoot the issue, offer solutions, and make repairs in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Mr. Electric others and will plan to use them again in the future.

I had a light in my kitchen to be fixed. Arthur came and did a fantastic job. But what I really liked is he treated my house like it was his Mom’s. It was raining and he made sure to cover his shoes each time he had to come inside. He also cleaned up all the materials and asked me where to dispose. The price was better than most and the customer service was worth every penny!
We needed to have a transfer switch put in our garage for a new generator. We also wanted to get some security lights put up around our property. Arthur was great to work with. He and his helper did a great job. We are very pleased with the work that they did. What looked like a 2 day job was done in one day!
Agree with several comments that they run on the expensive side but they seemed extremely professional and I liked their guarantees, plus Corey was very friendly and their uniforms and trucks gave me confidence that this was a legitimate business. So I decided to go with them despite being the higher quote for the peace of mind of having a professional working inside our house on our wiring with the backing of multiple guarantees. I had wrongly assumed all the info I had provided on the phone was passed on to Corey, so there was a little bit of miscommunication on the scope of the job, but when I called them back, they sent Corey back out at no charge and made it right! If you want a clean and professional electrician who guarantees their work and don't mind paying a bit of a premium, I definitely recommend Mr. Electric.
Great service! Recent buyer of an old house that had several items identified in the inspection. Called ahead to set an appointment, Arthur showed up on time and went through everything in detail prior to making repairs. Did an excellent job with all repairs, would highly recommend!
