My fiancé and I made an appointment to meet the event coordinator Michelle as she wasn’t available the day we called. When we arrived she was sitting at her desk in the show room and we introduced ourself and explained we needed China and catering supplies. While still sitting at her desk she hand motions to a wall and says this is all the China we offer. We explained how many settings we needed and she immediately said they only accommodate sets of 20 or maybe 25. Ok, we weren’t deterred by that but then as we were eyeing a pretty charger she immediately says oh we won’t have that available for you because we have another wedding that day. Then says sorry their aren’t many options for your colors. We never even had a chance to look at catering supply options. Mind you, she NEVER left her chair to assist us. The customer service was atrocious at best!

Partymakers was wonderful to work with for the rentals for our wedding. You can get everything you need there - we rented chairs, tables, easels, and a small generator for our wedding ceremony. It was easy to add stuff to our order and the prices are reasonable. The staff was understanding of our schedule for dropoff and pickup. Highly recommend!
