Highly recommend to anyone who needs to get their personal espresso machine fixed! Fair pricing and they drove the machine to my home after being fixed. The pricing was fair and they kept constant communication with me, updating me on the state of my machine. They also had a first-time customer gift of mugs and fresh espresso! So grateful for their amazing services!

The people at Tabor Espresso diagnosed my problem correctly. They did the repair quickly, and gave me good advice on how to keep the problem from recurring. They also gave me some coffee and cups as a first-time customer gift. I re ommend them highly.
Tabor espresso, is THE local lifesaver. My older Jura died a horrible death. We began looking for a new one. Instead I took it to Tabor. Within 2 minutes Nasi made me know this was the place to bring my S9. He made me so comfortable with his knowledge about my machine, specifically. He made me a great espresso, sent me home with a loaner. Called me a few weeks later I picked up my machine, some nice cups, and he also gave me a bag of coffee, that I am hooked on, and we have been enjoying great coffee again. Oh by the way he renamed my Impressa s9, it is now Lazarus! It was dead now it has been resurrected. Thanks to Nasi and his group. Don’t send your Jura back, call Tabor Espresso you’ll be glad you did!
Great Find ! my Jura was in a cycle were it wouldn't grind the coffee beans. I tried for weeks to get customer service at Jura (worked in the past) -NO Success. Nasi at Tabor was able to service in less time than i have been waiting for contact from Jura. Pricing was clear fair and service performed in promised time. The shop clearly wants to help their customers and provided me with beans to try! Can not thank them enough for saving me from a pit of coffee despair
Great overall experience. Nasi is a good communicator, knows coffee machines well, and provides an excellent service. I love his coffee stories. I didn't mind driving from Chapel Hill. If your espresso machine ails, he's your doctor. He brought my Jura from the brink.
My Faema Carisma espresso machine had failed. I asked a friend who owns a popular coffee shop in Greensboro if he could recommend someone to repair it. He recommended Tabor and delivered it personally to them. I spoke with the owner Nasi Kajana by phone and was in close communication during the repair process. He assured me he would make it like it was when I bought it; he did not. The machine I got back is superior in every way to how I received it four years ago. It was temperamental and unreliable from day one and eventually used it for only special occasions. Minutes after Fed Ex dropped it off I pulled the best shot I have ever made with this machine. I have used it every day since...Many thanks to the staff at Tabor and especially to Nasi for giving me the quality machine and coffee I should have gotten four years ago. Sorry this survey has only five stars...you deserve a solid ten. DPR...SC
