I'm disabled and new to North Carolina. I have called and left messages with them numerous times and no return call or emails. Most unprofessional and sorry HUD I've dealt with. I can't even say I've dealtg with them because they don't get back in touch with you.

left numerous of messages concerning issues I’m having currently with my local housing authority community, never received a call back EVER!!! Finally decided to visit the local office only to get there and literally no one is at the front desk. No one to direct me to anyone there but the place is open??? Finally caught someone walking coming from inside the office and he got some lady and I spoke with her only to say she got my messages but was out of the office(smh) and that they would contacting the regional manager at housing authority...I have yet to hear anything from anybody. HUD IS OF NO USE WHATSOEVER!!!!!!!

Hud housing is the worst housing to live in always being extra about things that have nothing to do with the RENT which is supposed to be their primary concern. They are always trying to figure out other ways of knowing something that is irrelevant to what they need to know.... I don't recommend them to any one as I am trying to leave myself
