Mark was wonderful!!! We had a last minute change of plans for our company event and are extremely happy with our experience with Triad Event Rentals. After calling several vendors in the area not only did he have the best prices, but also the best customer service. It's rare to find good customer service anymore, but Mark was so friendly and accommodating. We will definately be using them for any future events.

went there to rent a stage. Horrible experience. No customer service the guy there has attitude of I don't care and seemed bother to answer any questions. Plus more expensive then happy rentz and other rental places around the area.
