I called them to see if they had roadside service my belt ripped under my hood in greensboro, the guy said yea. I told him where i was at it was about 6:30 when i called, i was told the parts store opened at 7 and he would come fix my truck right after. It was 8am. Never showed, never replied my texts nor did he answer my calls left a voicemail and didnt hear back at all. I could have atleast recieved an answer.

After being skipped by Loves truck stop twice and waiting 5 hours. I decided to call Xtreme Diesel and they were there in 45 minutes and had me back up and running in no time at all. Nice guy and very professional wish I had called them first.

I had my starter go out on my freightliner casscadia roadside I called a repair shop,they came out and were having problems getting my old starter out 10 hours later still waseny out I called xtreme Desiel he was there asap and 2 hours later my truck was up and running. Extremely fair with me and very impressed with his work
