I got my Covid vaccine at CVS in Greenville today. I was pleasantly surprised. My appointment was at 3:30 the website had me check in at 3:15. I walked in, checked in at the table, was sent back to the pharmacy where I was met by a very nice man who checked me in and walked me to the line. There were three people ahead of me. I had my vaccine and sat down to be observed and was through by 3:45. The only complaint I had is that the CVS parking lot and sidewalk was solid ice. You would think if they were doing Covid vaccines and knew there would be older citizens there that they would have done some thing to try to clear their parking lot.

**SEND THE PRESCRIPTION ELSEWHERE*** terrible service and will tell you it’s ready but it won’t be and will ask you wait, no matter how long you wait in a vehicle or in line. I don’t like leaving bad comments but geeez save your time and go somewhere that cares.
I have been needing to use them twice a month for my prescriptions for three months now. It's easy to have a positive experience. I wait for them to call, text, and/or the app lets me know when my prescription is ready. I show up and receive it. I've noticed a lot of negative reviews and believe they truly deserve a positive one.
I have been obtaining my prescriptions at the CVS pharmacy in Greenville, Texas for many, many years. The pharmacists and the staff have always been helpful, professional and courteous. I trust the pharmacists and staff explicitly. As a retired medical professional having worked in hospitals, doctors offices and schools, I know the job they do everyday is not easy. Thank you for all you do on a daily basis. I certainly appreciate all of you.
LORD HELP ME. .I HAVE TO USE THIS PHARMACY NOW PER MY INSURANCE AND I CAN ALREADY TELL THIS WILL BE A NIGHTMARE. WHOEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED TONIGHT IS SOME FOREIGNOR THAT TALKS SO FAST YOU CANT UNDERSTAND A WORD HE SAID. IM DREADING THIS PLACE SO BAD. I SEE ALREADY WHY IT HAS A 1.8 RATING.WOW CANT EVEN GET a 2 RATING. THIS IS NOT GOOD!! WHEN WALMART LOOKS GOOD COMPARED TO THIS CVS THATS REALLY BAD
