My husband and I were shopping for a home in an area where the market is moving very fast. Homes usually have multiple offers and sell in a day or so. Natasha was patient when I would walk into a house and after a few steps he ready to leave. A house came on the market that fit what we were looking for in an area that we loved Natasha emailed me within moments of it posting. We were able to put in an offer the was accepted the next day. I know without Natasha working as quickly as she did we wouldn’t have got the house of our dreams. I would not do business with Grant Bussey at EP Real Estate. I have done business with him as an auctioneer. Since he uses his auctioneer license for real estate, and EP Real Estate hosts his auction advertisements on their Facebook page, I believe a review is appropriate here. We bought two trucks through an online auction. Neither truck made it more than three miles from the auction yard. One had a high pressure oil leak and a bad shake in the drive train, and the other had a trashed transmission. Neither of these failures show up all of a sudden. They were known and should have been disclosed. Grant Bussey doesn't believe he has that sort of obligation.
