Came in one day because I was looking for potential options in purchasing a vehicle, I was pretty lost because I'm a first time buyer. I am very impressed with the knowledge experience and customer service that I received, particularly from an associate named Jerry Ramirez. He was patient and answered all of my questions and it was apparent that he truly cared about giving me information rather than just trying to be \pushy\ which has been my experience in the past with car dealerships. She is the best sales person in the business and will get you into any car you ask for as long as it's in your budget and the finance people approve you. Well today was bitter sweet. We got the Ram Laramie Longhorn March. It was exactly what we wanted and loved it, however after a few trips to the shop it still would leak when it rained. A big thanks to Wes (sales manager)and Shelby (finance queen) at Greenville CDJR for taking care of us, trying everything possible to stop the leaking and making things right. We are now the proud owners of an 18' GMC 2500 Denali.
