Overcharged shipping for next day shipping. Took 3 weeks to process my order and only received one of my product when it was supposed to be next day shipping. I paid 40.00 for shipping charges, but when you go to their website it states 12.00?? I filled a dispute with paypal thankfully they corrected the issue. This company was poor on responding to my emails and never answered all my questions. I would not recommend this company and will continue to shop with Uline. The quality is very less than Uline, the poly mailers are very thin not worth the price. UPDATE 9/8/20 The ceo is very responsive to reviews, but not to the matter at hand. I've yet to be contacted by Elaine or received a refund.
