Just got off the phone with Ms. Shaka Jones and the previous reviewer was correct!! She was great, professional and knowledgeable and although I couldn't get my debts settled with her she guided me in the right direction to get my issue resolved. It was a very pleasant experience and great customer service!! Keep up the good work Shaka!!

I would like to commendate Ms. Shaka Jones for being a great educator and going above and beyond to help me with my inquiry. Not only she helped me pay my bill, but also helped me understand why I was getting billed by the institution that did not even spend any time explaining the charge to me. My bill was sent to this company even after I had called the institution multiple times in order to check for an outstanding balance. Shaka was such excellent individual for a customer service role. I thouroughly enjoyed speaking with her! I will be leaving a 5 star Google review.

Rude and unprofessional! Tried explain the charge should have been processed through my medical insurance. Shaniquia said it’s too late and nothing she can do... Still waiting for a call back from Ms Jones( the supervisor) Shaniqua said the supervisor doesn’t have a first name. Shaniqua should change her name to Ms Sunshine! They must hire people straigt out of SC 8th grade public schools. Garbage business practices which start with garbage employees. Avoid like covid-19!

I just found out 4 years after the fact that I was sent to this company for collections. I offered a settlement because I could not pay in full and they were Rude in stating they don't do settlements - at no point did they even offer a payment plan. I even told the lady I was shocked that she would not even offer some sort of payment plan and she with an attitude told me she was sorry I could not pay my bills.

I literally just hung up with the most snarky woman I have ever spoken to! I wish I had gotten her name! If you want to collect a debt from someone who is willing to pay but looking for help, the last thing you want to do is be passive aggressive in your comments to them!!! They should be ashamed of themselves! Anyone can end up in a situation in their lives. But when you're finally on the other side of it and trying to make it right, you don't need some uppity woman talking down to you!!!! If you're a company looking to have your bills collected, they should be the last people you hire. All they are going to do is push people away and make them not want to pay and wait the 7 years for it to go away. SHAME ON YOU!!! And from the look of these reviews, this isn’t an isolated incident. They’re known for being rude and unprofessional! Update: I asked for a higher up to call me and they didn’t. A week and a couple days later, I sent an email with my displeasure for their lack of addressing people’s concerns and they immediately called me back. However, the woman who called me is somehow related to the “higher up” Phillip, that called me. If you look at their website, the two Vice Presidents have the same last name. Either husband and wife or brother and sister. Anyway, Phillip was unwilling to admit that the woman I spoke to (which I have reason to believe was the other vice president named Taylor) could have possibly been snarky with me at which point I realized they REALLY don’t care about how people are treated so I told him to have a nice day and hung up. This is an awful group of people. So sad
