I keep applying and keep getting denied, and I make less then the income status for 2, then I get paid every 2 weeks and the case work adds them up like I get paid every week. So know I'm waiting again and they have all my information and still have made me wait when it's there mess up, not mine.

Completely the worst place to get ahold of anyone. When you do get through to someone, if they can’t answer your question they just hang up on you. You wait on hold for 2 hours and no one will give you the same answer. It is completely unacceptable to hang up on anyone!

i would be starving right now if not for greenville dss. so what that you wait on hold for long periods of time. you people act so self entitled standing in the bread line with an electric toaster under your arm. the woman was very helpful being i am a slightly hard of hearing and she had to repeat herself countless times until i understood the questions being asked.
