Super friendly staff. Well organized! All staff provide great customer service from the ladies at the front to the nurses and doctors. The guy passing out the wristbands was very nice and welcoming!

Options are to go there and die then have your family deal with paying the hospital bill only to have the paid for bill end up in collections 3 years later. Orrr you could just die at home and not have to deal with them trying to double and even triple bill you.

Our family could not have asked for better care for our dad. Every person from the Drs on down was absolutely incredible. We will forever be grateful for the care and compassion that they gave our family. We are especially thankful for his nurse Bri and Dr. Coalter. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Absolute joke. Was there for over 5 hours, staff was rude, unhelpful, made me uncomfortable and violated me and my privacy. Will never return and may be filing a lawsuit. Update: I spoke with patient relations and have not heard back. I ended up going to Sparrow Hospital in Ionia. Despite only having ONE doctor on staff they managed to treat me with so much care and actually help me. They ended up finding out that I was almost dead from dehydration, dangerously low potassium levels, malnutrition and had a torn esophagus. I was so dehydrated not even three full saline bags could hydrate me. I had to be hooked up to an IV for eight hours to hydrate me to the point it was even safe to send me home. Considering the fact I nearly died under Spectrums care, was misdiagnosed and treated like a joke: don't go here. Honestly even if I was dying I don't think I'd go here. They'd just take me the rest of the way. The way they treat their patients and their patients mental health is absurd.

This place is a joke. Because urgent care wasn't accepting walk-ins due to Covid and my son needed a prescription (they directed us to go to United as they wouldn't see him) to an allergic reaction from Poison Ivy, a 15 minute stop at the emergency room to call in a prescription (we already knew what the issue was and what he needed) cost me 800 or 57 every minute we were there. I called and complained and they responded with everything was coded correctly. Criminal.
