On this particular day, I decided to go out for a while and wait for the car to get worked on. When I came back, there was one person in particular that went above and beyond what I expected. Since he saw me waiting patiently, he offered me a discount not only on that day but for next time. I was truly impressed! I definitely recommend him!

Leased car on day before Thanksgivings 2020...STILL no plate or statement. They are quick and nice to make the sale but can’t back up the customer service part after you signed the sales. Been talking to William in accounting... nothing... called Franklin office because they were processing the paperwork. Nothing. Oh got transferred to voicemail... guess what “mailbox is not accepting any vm” Talked to Dennis Johnson... Nothing. ANYONE else having the same issue??! Or did they loose my paperwork? Maybe someone will reach out to me after this.

Great customer service, I went to another location and was completely unsatisfied with their service and the time they had me waste there, showed up to Hickory Hollow location with what I wanted in mind, they had other options and were not pushy at all with choosing which I wanted. They even matched my trade in deal if not made it better, everyone I interacted with was very helpful and were also fairly quick with the whole process. Love this location and would definitely return for any future car needs!

They were very friendly. They made me feel like I belonged there. Unlike other dealerships. They actually welcomed me and and got me the best deal they could find for me. Glad I chose to come in since I had some time to spare. Ended up leaving in a brand new car which I thought was just an idea. Still doesnt feel real! And I love my Kia!

Best car buying experience to date! After going from dealership to dealership and being told I wasn't worthy of a auto loan multiple times really started getting me down. If not for Princess at this location, I wouldn’t have ever though I would be a proud owner of a brand new 2021 Kia Forte. And the service was nice and friendly and didn’t take as long as I thought it would! Definitely would suggest a Kia to drive and absolutely recommend the Hickory Hollow location.
