A couple of weeks ago I brought home my first side purchased from Marchaland Farms and processed at Rut's Ridge. I worked with Matt Marchaland. This is the best beef I have had in memory, very happy with the product delivered. The processing and packaging was top notch as well, could not be happier. I grew up on a black Angus farm and honestly have not had beef this good since then. Great job and I cannot wait for the fall when I have reserved my first whole beef!
