They're fantastic. I have been drinking this water for seemingly 30 years. You can rent water coolers, buy them, get salts, whole water systems, etc. I primarily use the drive up water bottle exchange and I can't think of a single time I have had a bad experience.

The people are very knowledgeable about the different products. However, for the price of one of their water softeners, I was able to purchase a water softener and a whole house filtration system. It took a little research and about 8 hours, but I was able to install them both myself.
