Just went in with my mom. We are on a vintage vacation and love greenwood!!! We come in about once a month and usually buy a lot. This time we got to the front counter and a short curly red haired woman named Lori was ringing us up. I had dropped a tag so I quickly ran back to see if I could find it. I couldn't, but I found the booth # and knew the price. When I got back to the front Lori was still ringing up the items and another lady got in line. She said, \ i'm going to take her next because you have so many things and are being particular about things.\ My mom had asked for one pile to go in a seperate bag (since we live in separate states) but still pay all together. She continued arguing with us until we left as the nice man told us we were right and apologized. I love this store but I dont know if we will come back after the terrible customer service from Lori! I have never been treated more like a child in my life. Lori should NOT work in customer service, she wouldn't last a day at my full time retail job! The item she chastised me for losing the tag for was 1.50!!!!! She repeated that she let the other customer go ahead of us because we were dropping things and being specific about wrapping a certain way. So WHAT!!!! Lori needs a new line of work! The shop across the street and down the road have super nice, friendly and helpful owners who don't treat customers like dirt.

Gwen was fantastic and helpful. It holds a good selection. There is a basement with stairs. Found plenty of demitasse cups here.
