After leaving multiple messages and sending faxes to Greenwood Ortho, they stopped answering my calls. Now, I have to go to their office to sort out paperwork they failed to submit on a timely manner to the insurance company causing a delay in my mother's disability and FMLA claim. I'm very disappointed with their lack of communication and professionalism.
