Salesman took a week to evaluate a trade in. Alfa care (roadside assistance) is a joke. More than 50% depreciation in two years. After they stated your tires are good, tried to sell me a whole set. No parts on stock. Tried to look at a new car they had “msrp” is 3k more than when you build the car online. Update* Upon receiving my car back, they had scratched the wheel. When I contacted them to inform them of the issue I was told it’s no scratch and would wash off. Explained to them that it was scratched into the metal and the tow driver saw as well. No surprise they never followed up to apologize or even acknowledge.

Just bought a 2019 Fiat Abarth from David and Angel and what an awesome experience. I should start by saying that I’m an avid fan of Abarth cars - they are simply the best. I searched near and far for a good deal on a new abarth and kept running into shady dealers that advertise one price, but really want to charge you another. Finally, I found this dealer and my interactions with the team were amazing (David West, Angel, and Tony). The price was amazing - absolute lowest in the country. The delivery (from SC to FL) was smooth and simple. And the financing was a breeze!!! I would highly recommend you give this dealer a shot! You won’t regret it. Cheers!

They did the service in about an hour and at a fraction of what I had been quoted in Atlanta. Also had a great conversation with John sales manager. I shall return.

Outstanding from start to finish! They were super aggressive with my trade and didn't just beat area dealers but every dealer in a 300 mile radius! Tyler did a great job working with me and delivered my new car to Raleigh which is four hours away. If you are in the market for an alfa Romeo or fiat run, don't walk to Benson, you won't be disappointed!

After disappointing visits to several other dealers, I decided to give Benson Alfa Romeo a chance even though I live almost 100 miles away. What a great decision: The customer experience was exactly what buying a new car should be like. Tyler helped me get the car I wanted at a very fair price without any of the usual car dealer nonsense. When I arrived, Tyler and John, the studio manager, were both professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the cars. You can tell they both love the cars they sell and are true enthusiasts.
