Facility and inventory are very nice but the customer service and customer welcome was absolutely absent. My wife and I walked the show room for 15mins then headed to the lot and walked for an additional 30 mins, we where realized we would not be helped and decided to leave at that time the very sales rep that watched us pull in walk around and begin to leave stop her golf cart with a family on it and ask with a polite smile do you need some help i find this a laughable behavior and realize that a level of judgment and scrutiny had occurred and the Assumption was made that we were not going to purchase but the assumption was incorrect. I feel I must add that they where by any means busy at all when this happened

Josh is very knowledgeable, honest, personable and to the point. They are extremely busy so I would suggest going on a week day and doing your research prior to going. They are fair priced and I always love supporting family businesses. Update Edit:We just bought our first camper! The actual purchasing of the camper had no flow or communication between people working there. Josh had to work an event and called and told us to ask for Kelly, we did when we got there but never ended up meeting her. Kirk showed us everything and ways the best. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He then handed us off to get our paperwork signed. They had a new system so after about 20 minutes he had to reprint. I had asked him about the kit Kelly had talked to my husband about. He told me he believed me but no follow up. We also asked about our package we bought with it. He told us while he prints it out to go talk to parts. We went and told them they said they would work on the weighing out package (no one was) then I talked to them about the kit Kelly told us about he said he would look it up (he wasn’t). Then we go back to sign things again still wasn’t working so he had to hand write everything (2 hour 30 minutes in) then after signing that we were released from the office. We stood looking at the camper not know what was next finally stopped someone and they said oh let’s go check. Then they inform us they hadn’t worked ok the package we bought and had to find someone to do that and they would need our truck. I then mention for the third time the package and explained what we were told and they were going to have to look it up. The communication and lack of flow was frustrating. We love our camper and so thankful for Kirk and Josh but the rest should have been easy instead of it feeling like I had to manage and constantly make sure we get what we paid for.

I didn't expect to have a great experience purchasing an RV from Adventure Motorhomes. I've had unpleasant experiences dealing with auto dealers in the past and I figured this would be similar. I couldn't have been more wrong - we had a wonderful experience is purchasing our RV. Our salesperson, Kathy, was both professional and personable. We told her our needs/wants and she showed us campers that fit our needs, without pressuring us. We purchased a terrific RV. Dealing with the different departments (Sales, Parts, Service, Finance (Thanks, Autumn!) was very easy. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Kirt (as he spelled it), from Service, did an extensive orientation for us on the RV and it was very helpful. We ran into a couple of glitches in the purchase/delivery process but in each case Adventure Motorhomes resolved them well to our satisfaction. If we purchase a camper/RV in the future we will certainly go back to Adventure Motorhomes.

Before buying our first camper trailer my husband did a lot of research on models for travel trailers while I did research on dealers available. There were several nearer to us that sounded good but Bob Ledford Adventure Motorhomes in Greer SC had so much good customer feedback via good reviews we decided to try them first. We had never even heard of them before but when we checked them out, the salesperson, Kathy Flowers, was so obviously knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, we immediately decided to buy there, since every question we had was answered. I am very glad we made the decision to buy there. It was a pleasant experience. For one thing Kathy Flowers knows that business inside out and if even a hint of a problem cropped up before or during the purchase she just quietly fixed it in the background so that all ran smoothly with the transaction. I was also impressed with the amount of time Jeff and others spent with us at the time of the purchase. Jeff went into detail, showing us hands on everything we needed to know inside and out of our new travel trailer and no question was too small for him. He answered every question patiently and thoroughly. Plus he had put together a comprehensive written packet for new owners with diagrams that we were able to take home with us. Kathy and Jeff together made sure that even the smallest detail was not overlooked before we drove our new travel trailer off the lot. We spent a couple of hours there with them during the actual purchase while they made sure we knew how to operate our new travel trailer, making sure that we would be safe and happy with our purchase. Also, Autumn in finance was the same way, listening to any concerns or questions we had and making sure they were addressed and answered before we left. We were pleased with how we were treated by everyone there.It was so nice especially in this day and age to find a company that has the good sense to care a lot about customer satisfaction.

Great place to buy a camper! Huge selection and wonderful staff! We picked out a camper on our sons birthday, and picked it up the following week on our daughters birthday. Our sales associate, Kathy had a special surprise for our kids inside for their birthday!
