Good haircut at a reasonable price. Easy in and out. Great customer service. I show the picture of the hair style I Am looking for and the stylist has never disappointed me. The wait time is short .

I came on a day that's way too busy. I ordered a water and she charged me for a whole drink she refunded my money and charged me for the cup which was .48. There were alot of people and they only kept about 4 pizzas up at a time. Seating is crowded and there was only one bus lady and she couldn't keep up. I won't go again on the weekend.
I've used Great Clips sporadically over the last 10 years, but it has recently become my \go to\ place to get my hair cut. Clean, professional atmosphere, friendly staff, great Covid safety protocols, and an extremely convenient location for me and anyone in the Brushy Creek area of Taylors. They also give me a Veteran's discount which I put back to the staff as part of the tip. 11 dollar cut, and a 9 dollar tip take care of a 20 dollar bill. I like to take care of the people who take care of me. Really, these days 20 bucks is reasonable for a good haircut. I really like the staff, and they make me feel welcome. Kudos Team Great Clips!
We checked in online as requested. You cannot call in and make an appt. We arrived and while waiting our turn were asked to wait in our car because another family of 5 pulled in and \had to be served first\, they were not yet in the door when we were asked to leave.. Our appt time was given to them. We will not be back. I'd rather pay more and be treated equally.
