With Tropical Storm Zeta moving thru the area this morning another anomaly occurred, my home lost power. First, let me say I LOVE the reliability of CPW. I've enjoyed this service of CPW for 15 years, and honestly I can count the number of power interruptions on one hand. And more importantly, no outage has lasted more than a few hours!!! My prior home utilized Duke power and the outages were often and long!!! I have said my next home purchase, a priority will be that the home is serviced by CPW!! NICELY DONE CPW team!!

Extremely reliable service! Everyone who drinks water at my house comments on how good our water is. Also, it's nice to see how CPW really cares about our community. They are actively involved in Greer not only by donating funds to various organizations but donating their time in volunteer efforts as well. If you haven't visited the two beautiful lakes they maintain, I highly recommend it.

Totally irrelevant to service, but one day my toddler locked me out of the house and there were two technicians doing work near my house and they helped me get back in my house. I was so grateful! Thank you for outstanding community service.

Simply the worst. It’s why giving energy companies a monopoly in areas is a bad idea. Costs are high, time to speak to a human is very long if you every get to one which is rare, and they’ll do planned outages without prior notification. They won’t credit you for those many hours (5 in my case ) or the food that melted in the freezer/refrigerator, etc. If you have a regular outage, reporting it isn’t easy and they take a long time to fix it. Very poor company that reflects very poorly on our city.
