The customer service here was superb! As soon as I walked in not only was a warmly greeted but I was approached and asked how I can be helped. The employees were wearing a mask and everyone I saw come in was wearing one also, including me. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful in what I needed. He explained in detail how he could help with the color mix I was looking for and even suggested the type of brush that was best for what I was working on. I was very please with the service here. I do not live close to this location but I’m going back to purchase more paint because of the great service.

I had some minor surface damage to a pantry door that needed repainting. The entire house had been painted about four years earlier, but I had no idea of the exact color nor the degree of gloss on this door. I wanted to be as close to the original as possible to avoid having to repaint the case molding, which would have led to repainting the base molding and ultimately all the woodwork in the kitchen. One small fix on a door would have led to a major job. I unhinged the door and brought it to the store where Andrew took care of me. No problem for him. He scanned the surface of the door with their scanner and was able to duplicate the color and the gloss exactly. The match was so perfect that I didn't even have to paint the entire door, just one panel. Polite staff and great service!
