They just trying to sell you overpriced vehicles without even test drive and telling that a spacial offer, what a scam. If you get lottery ticket where its shows that you win, you actually don't, if there not this numbers, so don't waist you time

I purchased my vehicle approximately five months ago. The salesperson was Raj, and the manager at the time was Steve. I had noted that there was damage on the bumper and had pointed it out to both and both had Reed assured me that it was only aesthetic damage from shipping. That they would repair the bumper at no cost to me which they did do after four months after I purchased the vehicle. Although when I took the vehicle home when I purchased it. I took it to a friend who was studying to be a mechanic and he noted that there was damage on the cold air intake where the bumper damage was. Brought this up to Steve and Steve said that he would have his mechanic take a look at it. he told me that there is no issue with the functionality and not to worry about it. 3 months after purchasing the vehicle a wheezing noise started to happen. so I decided to take it to another Mitsubishi dealership after about a month of having this issue. The other dealership noted that the noise was coming from the colder intake which needed to be replaced. Then so noted that there was damage to one of the columns it had been pushed back approximately an inch. They also are very non-responsive when you have purchased the vehicle I had to constantly call them when they told me they would call me back in regards to the parts for the bumper. I also had to return multiple times for them to refasten parts of the bumper that would become loose in total five different trips. On the first trip that my car was ready and they had not completed the repair. Has been nothing but a horrible experience. I recommend a different dealership.

After months of research I finally found the car I wanted for the right price! Chad was great from the very beginning. He was working with multiple customers at once and still gave me incredible service. He put a plate on the car I was looking at and let me drive it myself which was nice. Having that freedom to take mental ownership was awesome. As soon as I got back I got the pricing on the vehicle and I couldn’t pass up the deal. Couldn’t be happier with my 2020 Eclipse Cross! I’m going to be a lifelong customer of Chad’s wherever he goes! Great guy! Couldn’t be more appreciative of how patient he was with me asking a million questions! Him having all the answers helped put me at ease. Highly recommend working with Chad!

After having visited a couple of dealerships that used bait and switch tactics to get me to visit, I'm so glad that I found a vehicle with Gregory Mitsubishi. Chad, Steve, and Ron were all very friendly; not like the typical pushy salesmen. They recently had a change in management and replaced all their personnel with a more customer friendly approach. Their salespeople are salaried, not commission. My experience is as follows: I saw online a Chrysler Pacifica that fit my search criteria and called them to ask if the vehicle was available. Steve was very helpful in answering my questions and agreed to come in early the next day to show me the vehicle. After the test drive, they let me take the vehicle to my mechanic to get it checked out, even though I lived 35 miles away. After a good inspection, I took it back that evening and worked with Chad and Ron on purchasing the vehicle. They helped me find a low interest loan. The only other fees are the standard tax, title, license, and documentation fees. I did point out that the car key battery and wipers needed replacing, and they agreed to fix those. The rest of the process went smoothly as well. Since I came with my other vehicle, they agreed to deliver the vehicle to my house after finishing the detail work. Overall, I think you will have a pleasant experience at this dealership.

I've been coming to this dealership for car work throughout their opening. They've treated me well with great service correlating with oil changes and I decided I needed help installing an aftermarket manifold. After my installation of the manifold I noticed many scratches on the brand new ceramic coated manifold along will the incorrect bolts forced into threads. I've never had a problem with their service nor with the staff, my prior knowledge was great friendly faces. Now at this point, I went to go speak with management, they acknowledged the scratches and claimed "There is no leak so there isn't a problem" while the bolts weren't threaded down correctly. Their solution to the problem was that the fee was waived and that is the "Best" they could do for me. The manager proceeded to bring in the technician to diagnose the situation and told me one story of how he started to put the bolts in, got half way done with the job then let someone else proceed with the rest of the job. After bringing in the other technician, he claimed he didn't touch the car and the stories weren't adding up. Management then told my father and I, "I've heard all I needed" and walked away from us. Sitting at their desk staring at us in awe, then told us I'm no longer doing service on any of our vehicles. I recommend to stay away from this store, the technician Kyle seem to have a better understanding at personal confrontation then management. I at least got the clarity of Kyle diagnosing the situation in a better manner than his bosses who left a technician to clean up their mess. Rather than blaming or walking away from an angered customer, resolve the issue with the customer that has been coming to the store since opening. Terrible service and I'm left with stuck bolts, and scratches over my new parts.

As a first time car buyer I didn’t know what to expect until I worked with Chad. He was upfront about everything. Most definitely a learning experience for me. Chad was very knowledgeable and I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Chad! Best way to get the best service in my book is making an appointment with Chad! He’s the best!

I went in looking at a used car and ended up driving home in a brand new car for cheaper! I worked with Chad, he did everything right. From showing me the cars to being knowledgeable on numerous makes and models. Easy painless process. Working with Chad and talking with the general manager Steve, eased me into a smooth transition to Ron in the business office. Highly recommend this establishment!
