My husband bought me a gift certificate to get a massage this past Valentine's day. Unfortunately, due to covid I wasn't able to use it until just recently. I got a deep tissue by Tayor and he was super thorough and knowledgeable. The rooms were super clean and relaxing. It's in a great location with lots of parking too! I'll be scheduling another massage soon.

A hidden gem in Gresham. I started as a student here and loved the studio and instructors. I then decided to take my teacher training with them and now I am an instructor at the studio. This studio and wellness center offers so many options to help heal the body, mind and spirit. One of my favorite classes is aerial yoga, it is a fun, playful class and a great way to get in shape and stretch the spine.

This wellness center is small, but offers so many great services!!! I love their yoga classes, food bath, sauna, message, and colonics services. So glad they are so close.
Epidavros Yoga Center has been a great place to find your Zen. The friendly staff are all very welcoming and knowledgeable. The beautiful atmosphere of both locations brings such a peace to you as you walk in. I’ve enjoyed a weekend yoga retreat before through Epidavros, during that time they were very organized, the lessons were great, the meditation practices were beautiful and getting to know a group of amazing women/men was well worth it. The food and even the price range for the yoga retreat was affordable. I highly recommend this yoga studio in the heart of downtown Gresham. If you’re looking for a place to fulfill the needs of bringing some peace back into your life, healing or just to release some stress—this would be the place you’d want to do that at. :)
The variety of classes offered is great, and I’m looking forward to returning sometime. Lots of new instructors I’m not familiar with. Plus a life coach now added to line up. Wish they’d bring back the Friday Happy Hour yoga.
