Oxbow Park is a great place to spend some some time outdoors. There are some excellent trails with views of the river and a variety of wildlife. In the summer it is a great place to float, you can start at the drop off and float down to the lower end. It is very calm and relaxing. Weekends can be very busy so plan accordingly. There is a fee to park but our family buys the annual pass every year, it allows you to park here, Blue Lake Park and Chinook Landing, its a good deal if you enjoy the outdoors. There are some picnic tables and some BBQ pits but plan to bring your own seats, thing fill up quickly.

It's beautiful, greeny, fresh air huh life is good, found a place to stay in a camp, with free warm water, grill, clean bathroom, deer view, very organized place. Exploring around for a week. thanks.
