I got bids from 5 companies. Synchro was the most knowledgeable and caring. Multiple visits to my home. Answered all my questions and more. The cost was similar for all the companies. Install was magnificent. They had one team on staff and the team was smart and diligent. They customized panels for me so mine are all black, no diamonds. Apparently that’s more attractive. Panels have been up 3 months and so far working fine.

I needed help with my off grid system and contacted Synchro Solar for my unique tiny home project. Brion, Justin and their team did an amazing job. They listened to what I needed and made helpful suggestions. They were professional, efficient, wore masks, and kept social distance during the entire project. I have wanted solar power since I was 10 yrs old and they made it happen for me. I really appreciate their work and dedication. I would highly recommend them for all your solar needs.
A great experience with Synchro Solar. A very experienced and competent installation team, decent pricing and very responsive. My best experience of working with a contractor to date. I used to design and specify solar systems so was impressed that they could answer my technical questions so easily. To those that might receive a slightly cheaper offer from a national company, the expression \you get what you pay for\ is never truer than with solar PV
It's rare that you have an experience that goes so far above and beyond good customer service, but my experience with synchro solar was just that. I was nervous to be general contracting between the roofers who were installing a new roof, and Syncho, who were removing and re-installing the solar system. Synchro gave me good advice and understanding the whole way through the process. We had to change our plan halfway through the project, when the roof came off, and we discovered issues with the way the panels were originally mounted (by a different company). I was really worried, and asked both the roofer and Synchro for options. Synchro gave me several reasonable options, and we went with a strategy that Synchro the roofer, and I all were comfortable with. Also, it didn't increase the cost of the project while being a robust solution and installation. Bottom line, it wasn't the simplest project, but these guys are absolutely top notch. They communicate clearly and in a timely manner. They are technically competent and do the highest quality work and very reasonable prices. And they are legitimately good people with the highest levels of integrity. I wish every consumer interaction I have could be as good as the one I had with Synchro Solar.
Brion did an excellent job repairing and servicing my 15 year old solar thermal hot water system. I highly recommend him, his company, and solar in general for the Portland area! We will be sure to use them again. It was a pleasure.
