I had a referral under one health plan, new year, new health plan. both health plans would cover my appointment, per the health insurance company. they refused to accept the insurance, that insurance companies say they accept. I have filed a complaint with my health insurance companies. staff was extremely rude, and condensing. would not suggest using them. Since I can not reply to their comment to my review. Here is my reply. The Center for Men's and Women's Urology per the insurance company yall take the insurance. And per the insurance company either insurance would pay for 6 months of visits. My initial setup appointment was a great call. From there, the staff were the ones who were completely inappropriate and rude. I have never stepped foot in your clinic, and only have how y'all act over the phone to go by. But, when I called my insurance company multiple times, and got the information from them, that your clinic takes the insurance, per your clinics request... And your clinic still says no, makes one wonder what is going on. I still filed the report, and still stand by my comment that no one should go to your clinic.

I was referred to Varun Sundaram, MD by my primary doctor when my Prostate Cancer test came back quite high. With his advice about treatment, we learned that I had an enlarged prostate, not cancer. I opted for surgery to correct it, and as I write this I am 17 days post-surgery now. All of the staff took very good care of me and Dr. Sundaram was always careful to explain what was going to happen and what it might mean for me in the future. I am still recovering, but it is going very well and I got a great result, meaning the condition was corrected and there appears to be no other loss of function. I am very grateful he was there to guide me through this process and perform the surgery. This was all new and frightening to me, thinking at times that I might have cancer and my life was about to pivot into focusing on dealing with it. Having a caring team makes all the difference, and you'll find that here.

Everyone is so friendly and yet professional. I am seeing Dr. Crites and I really like the way she will take the time to explain procedures so I do understand. The entire staff us this way. I recommend this office highly! They are the best around.

I have been dealing with a urinary retention challenge for over 4 years. I was treated be 3 different urologists and underwent surgery to address the challenge, only to have little success. I found the amazing educational series of videos from Dr. Melanie Crites-Bachert on-line, from a You Tube search, and one in particular spoke to my exact condition. It is the first time in 4 years, a provider ever spoke about it in a way to easily understand, while also providing possible treatment options. I live far out of state and really wanted to have a consultation with Dr.Crites, but I also knew it would take some additional navigating to accommodate this to happen. I spoke with Kaitlyn, Office Manager, who was very kind and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. She spoke with Dr. Crites to review everything and they provided a comprehensive plan for a thorough consultation. I met with Dr.Crites for multiple appointments scheduled over two days. The whole experience could not of been better, from the time I was greeted by front desk staff, until I left the office from my final wrap up session with Dr. Crites. Everyone was very kind and made me feel comfortable, valued and heard. I now have a treatment plan that makes sense and will move forward with the recommendations. I also understand sometimes, things don't turn out as planned, but I also know, Dr. Crites is committed to me until things are fully resolved and I have full quality of life again. \Thank You\ is an understatement, for appreciation I feel for the care and treatments received from Dr. Crites!!
