If/when the screens and input buttons actually work I may upgrade my review but curt most screens are burned out and not usable. Very great concept but epic failure of keeping customers from the beginning when malfunctioning were not the norm. Update a few months later. Even worse. All dozen at the state Capitol on Washington and 17th Ave were not working this a.m. Time for another company to do it right I guess. Fail. I keep revisiting these bikes every few months. Again and again alas 0 as in ZERO improvement. Seems like the scooter rentals got it figured out but not Grid bikes. What a dissatisfied experience.

Would rate 0 stars in possible!! They take unauthorized charges from your account & all contact info provides no help! I have sent emails only for them to be returned undeliverable & the phone number to call simply directs you to this FAKE email address.

Too much hidden fees. They will not tell you or notify the rules and they will charge you crazy amount of money for some people. They change the rule from last year then charges much more money. The bikes are broken sometimes or you can't use it due to the button being so hard or they just don't have bike when you need them. Very inconsistent
