They take Great care of their patients not just my Mom but every one. They work tirelessly to make sure everyone is well cared for! I can say that the attitude of every staff member that I have had contact with cares deeply for the guest their treating all with Dignity and Respect seldom seen in today's society. I am very impressed with everyone here including the ladies who work in the activity center. They work wonders keeping the guest entertained with various craft projects, games and etc. . It help the elderly so much keeping there minds sharp and focused. There are those who do hair & nails! They manage to help maintain a warm and nurturing environment that has been so impressive to me. I couldn't think of a better care facility for my mother ️.

Highly recommend this facility. Both parents have been there for one year this month- they lived at Brightmoor Assisted Living prior to that. Cannot say enough good things about these people who run it day in and day out. Angels in disguise!! They truly love their jobs and it is evident to my family. Wouldn’t want my folks anywhere else! They go above and beyond to help and support. ️️️️️

Really poor experience. Manager David Galloway has limited leadership abilities. This becomes readily apparent when his staff freely dominates an elderly patient and tries to disguise it as patient \advocacy\. Although Galloway was made aware of this, he lacked courage to stand up to his subordinates. If your loved one is self pay, avoid Brightmoor. Medicaid patients are ok as they will draw little interest.
