I would like to give much appreciation to Mr.Fred Thomas. His work ethic is outstanding and he has been of great assistance when it comes to all issues. After experiencing calling all offices in Georgia(multiple times a day) it seems as though the Griffin location is the ONLY office that ever answers and assist WHEN THEY CAN! It’s always Mr.Fred or Natalie, the receptionist that’s only allowed to take down your info for a call back. I refuse to post negativity, ONLY to magnify that there are some people who are in fact doing their job! Usually one bad apple spoils the bunch! I hope the good apples stand out as well!!! Thank you so much! My only SUGGESTION is that the receptionist is trained to help unlock profiles. A lot of the backlash will go away with just that one change alone!

I have been waiting since August to hear anything back. I have called/emailed several times; the only email reply I have received is to go to the \check my claim status\ page that I clearly stated to them that I checked. All it says is that my claim is still \pending a determination.\ I understand that this office is busy but 3 months is way too long, especially when they are not picking up the phone.
Wish I could give No stars at all. I understand they are busy but I’ve been calling for over 2 months and not 1 phone call has been returned. I was better off using the Atlanta office they are moving way faster then the Griffin office smh
The customer service is horrible. Natalie answers the phone and lies. She says someone will call you back. I've been awaiting a phone call from GDOL since October. In the middle of a pandemic GDOL has done a horrible job at helping people. You have to call for weeks straight just to speak with someone just to be lied to.
I have left 7 messages with no return calls. I understand the office is busy, however 2 weeks is too long to receive a call back.
