Very Unhygienic Environment and Inconsistent Policies. The chairs have stains on them as if it's been vomited on; there aren't any windows for ventilation...imagine being stuck in a dense stuffy unhygienic environment for almost eight hours. The bathroom door leads directly to the office/classroom and it is dirty with no room to move around. There's no water fountain. The girl I spoke with Cathy or Candy was very rude and cut off the phone on me while asking her about the policies. I was informed by the instructor and another gentleman that you could send someone to pick up the certificate for you if you notify them, then Cathy / Candy said I had to come in person (lies and inconsistencies, might have been because I gave my honest opinion about the sanitary conditions of the place)...need I say more
The instructor made a boring subject quite interesting.
Taylor and Jamal, the instructor were TOTALLY AWESOME!!!
