McIntosh trail is the best doctors office/urgent Care in Griffin they're super friendly and helpful. If you decide to visit you need to see Erin K. Ellis she's super nice if you have any questions she will actually explain them to you. I haven't felt this well cared for in a doctor's office for a long time

If you are seeking a new doctor, keep seeking. Do NOT go here. If you wonder whether my review is legit, read the rest of my reviews. Very few times have I given a negative review. I'm not sure if I was treated differently because of my insurance or because they don't care. Either way, I will not be going back. I will be contacting my insurance company to let them know the circumstances behind why I now have to go see another doctor. And, unfortunately, this office will get paid for not doing their job to the best of their ability. They won't read the paperwork you fill out as to why you came to them in the first place. Dr David Van smiles and is nice, takes yours or your insurance company's money, and walks away very quickly because his time must be more important than your health. My BP was high and they did nothing about it. I requested two simple procedures and they did nothing about it. I would lose my job if I treated my customers the way I was treated. My time was wasted, I missed work, and I was sent away with high BP and no tetanus shot as requested. What exactly did I pay for? I paid for a referral to get a procedure done that is a big obvious, \duh\. I didn't pay for someone to actually take care of me, hence the negative review. It is no wonder our Healthcare is so ridiculously expensive. Keep searching for another doctor.

Dr. Vicki is amazing. She really takes time to listen to me as a patient. Everyone at the office is very friendly and kind. I am so fortunate to have found MTFP. My quality of life has definitely improved. Thanks, Dr. Vicki!

I have been going to McIntosh Trails Family Practice for over twenty five years and Dr.David Van has always given me the best of care. The staff is always kind and courteous. Dr Van always takes the time to listen to me explain my symptoms. I would highly recommend this clinic. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Keep up the good work.
