As a Christian, former bell ringer, and current volunteer for the Salvation Army I thought this would be a great place to bring a slightly special needs young man who had recently became homeless. I was sadly mistaken. The female was extremely rude from the beginning and was very condescending when the young man tried to answer the intake questions. Instead of having patience and compassion with the challenged man she hung up on him. We are called to be a representation of Jesus. Isn’t that what the Salvation Army stands for? This young man found no hope at this house. Faith,Hope, and, Love ..and the greatest is Love.
