Stephanie Wright was incredibly rude to my fiancé and me as we applied for our marriage license. Sitting less than 2 feet away from us, she told us to speak up. She sighed and said “It is going to be a long day”. After speaking up but not to her satisfaction, she said very rudely “Are you purposely TRYING not to speak loudly?” We used an appropriate volume while speaking inside and preferred not to shout our social security number as she insisted we did. Incredibly rude and unprofessional, and especially shocked. Highly recommend that Stephanie takes a class in customer service.
