I had been using griffins propane for a few years now but I will not be returning. Went in and the old man was extremely rude and condescending.all I asked was a simple question, if you don’t want to be there just leave. No one wants to put up with your terrible attitude. Same goes for the younger boy working there. Everyone at griffins should learn better social interactions because your losing business. Get it together griffins.

I've been using Griffin Propane for 6 yrs. They left me hanging in the middle of winter. I was down to 10% in my tank. I called 6 times and NEVER talked to anyone in the office, always an answering machine. So I went to there office and the lady in the office was rude. They still never showed up and I ran out of propane. There bad business! I closed my account and took my business else where, never to do business with Griffin Propane again!! So customers beware!!
Good experience for getting parts, tank replacements, and propane filling services.
I have been using Griffin's propane off and on for 2 years as RV travelers and our portable tanks. Pros: Always helpful Convenient location Fair prices Cons: not open weekends for refills Overall: 5 s We are considering a fixed tank with a budget plan and auto fill. I will modify my review based upon this experience in about a year.
Pumping staff were mostly friendly & helpful; office staff/management not so much. I had been going there for a long time to get propane bottles filled, and I often had to go by myself. Now they are starting to get really ugly about an older lady needing help lifting a full propane tank onto the tailgate of the pickup truck, as they 'do not load or unload cylinders.'
The staff at Griffin's propane are very caring and efficient I've always enjoyed doing business with them.
Been using them now for about 14 years with wonderful relations!
