I wish I could have given this a better review based on the apartment itself minus a few things, it's nice. I did not want to write this review, but being I have not heard back from management I feel left with no choice. Not the main issue, but definitely a problem, is the neighbors smoke marijuana ALL the time. Imagine having to smell that EVERYDAY when you're not a smoker, have children, etc... or to have to apologize to guests for your non smoking unit smelling like marijuana because of your neighbors. The main issue is that I have sent emails regarding the dirtiness of our carpet since the day prior to us moving in. Took pictures, etc. Was told it would be cleaned. It never happened. Extreme dirt could be seen when wiped with a cloth. My family and I have to walk on this carpet. Sent it to the new manager recently. No response. My husband and I are great tenants who want to fully enjoy our home. After all that's what we pay for. Suggestion, *maybe consider required air filters for all smoking units.

New manager is a very rude person and when asked to speak to someone else, all her boss did is defend her and he still did not listen to me. I stormed out. Only positive I can say is that the front desk girl was nice. I have had nothing but a bad experience with the office in the last 2 weeks and I cannot wait to move out. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
Head manager is rude and unconcerned. Maintenance never fixes anything. The model apartment you view before you rent is much better quality than the apartment you will get. The laundry room is always filthy. People hang out smoking marijuana in the halls and porch. The apartments have roaches, mice, and bed bugs for which they refuse to exterminate. Move here at your own risk.
Please be mindful of the “5 star” reviews. If you click on the reviewer, you’ll see they’ve only ever left 1 review (which is for Park West Apartments). Therefore, most of the 5 stars reviews are FAKE. Now... let’s discuss my experience visiting the property. My sister recently moved here, and it’s already the worst thing she’s ever done in her ENTIRE LIFE. From what I’ve witnessed.. Grounds are filthy, halls stink, buildings are infested, apartment is outdated and definitely not worth 900 in INDIANA! Whoever responds to these reviews, clearly lacks professionalism. It shows!
I hate this place I do not recommend moving here they overcharge for a one bedroom maintenance staff never come fix problems until months later! Garbage all over . The dumpster MANAGEMENT RUDE AND STRICK one thing and they wanna give you a 10 day notice knowing can’t nobody move in 10 days ! I don’t recommend noone moving here. It’s a scam it’s not what it plays out to be many people are moving
