With Grimes growing and adding more restaurants and businesses to the area Ascend is located in a great spot. There is easy access to 141 and soon to be a Hyvee 2 minutes away. The pool is a great spot in the summer and the workout facility has nice equipment. Ascend always fun things going on in the club house to enjoy.

Very clean & absolutely beautiful! Friendly staff who respond quickly when you need something. Love that there are two dog parks & love that the staff is so involved by doing giveaways & contests for fun!
