If your looking to get in shape at any level of fitness, Groove is for you. My wife got me into it and I'm addicted. I attend morning classes mostly and I tell you from experience start the day off with Groove and you feel as if you have accomplished something and the day hasn't even started yet. The instructors are so positive and it's your ride. Groove in Fayetteville Ga. Gives you no excuse . So try it and get addicted.
