This was the perfect spot after spending the day indulging in all kinds of spirits at the Sun Food and Wine Fest. Wings were cooked to perfection!! Our meals hit the spot!! Drinks were excellent!! Another local spot with #goodeats and #gooddrinks. Highly recommend, fantastic and friendly service. Thank you!

What an absolute joke, would rather stand on a plank of nails than sit in that smoggy, inconsiderate atmosphere. Go to Groton Townhouse, it’s worth the wait

Karaoke every first Thursday of the month 7pm-11pm!! Great crowd of loving and supportive people who just love to sing!! Amazing food served all night, and a great bar with an outstanding bartender. Definitely worth checking out if you like to sing and have a great time !!

This is the last place that I'm aware of in the area that is largely unchanged since the 80's or early 90's. That is a really good thing. Its not to say the place is dated either, it is incredibly clean and welcoming and if you haven't been there in 25 years you will notice that it is the same. At this point its part of the history of the town because there are not any restaurants still around from that many years ago. I started coming back here a few years ago and I quickly realized they have the best breakfast in town. By far. Also, being part of the hotel (formerly Best Western but now Baymont inn) they have an exceptional breakfast buffet. Lunch and Dinner are equally great and the bar is excellent as well. I highly reccomend giving it a try, you will be glad you did.

After living in Groton for many years, a couple friends and I finally decided to try this place. Parking isn't great, only 5 spots near the main entrance. But this place is attached to a hotel so it's understandable. Upon entering it was very dead, only a couple people at the bar. The place is dimly lit and cozy. Decor little outdated but that stuff doesn't really matter, what matters is the food. We sat ourselves (had to pick up our own menus which is a bit unusual but whatever). Server came over decently quickly to take our drink orders. She was polite but not exactly informative or engaging. Anyway, we ordered our food. The Philly egg rolls are bland I don't recommend those. I got a burger asked for medium well but received a well done burger. I didn't complain cuz I was raised not to and it's not like it's a steak joint lol. Otherwise it was tasty, and still hot when it got to the table. I probably won't return to this place though many menu options I can get at any chain restaurant.
