First off coffee is really just a vehicle for the planets most consumed drug to hit our blood streams through way of the stomach. Caffeine is a psychoactive drug. Let us never forget. That being said, as with all things in life quality is the deciding factor. And sort of like liquor and like, well, other psychoactive drugs there isn't a big difference between bad coffee and ok coffee. But the best coffee? The creme dela creme top shelf top notch caffeine bean coffee? HUGE DIFFERENCE. The earthy Awoken-esque rush you get from top shelf caffeine is like no other pick me up the planet can offer. And this is coming from someone who does actual drugs too. The sort of home is a cup of hot liquid in the morning is now 4pm abouts in this strange slippery time absent COVID simulation I was sloppily thrown into type of rainy PACIFIC drizzle on a NW portland street that reminds you why you're still even playing this game of life. You know? Oh? You don't? Well you're in luck. I've included a picture of a mural and Google maps has directions. GIRL "A" ordered something that sounds expensive, but I wouldn't know because she paid for my drink too, she got a carmel brueve with extra carmel drizzle, if I do recall the non sense words that slinked out from her yapper in that dusk is now our dawn artificiality of life type light that awarded our eyes purchase on the menu, so as to comprehend our options, which was aesthetically tacked to the wall. Ok, man this coffee is good. I didn't do anything crazy, a vanilla latte with oat milk. You know when coffee is so good you can like, I don't know, TASTE IT? The tounge doth tasteth. Yaknowwhatinsaying? And but so to conclude THAT, That was this vanilla lattee with oat milk: I could taste the coffee.

The Everything Bagel with sour cream is everything, literally dripping sour cream as I bite. Who knows eating a bagel roadside can make me feel like a little prince, sometimes happiness is just that simple. Coffee is pretty good too.
The breakfast burrito absolutely never dissapoints, rich flavours, fulfilling and at a good price for what it has to offer. The coffee, absolutely amazing! Not every bartender knows how to make that perfect creamy almond milk cappucinno, but very very rarely it happened not to hit the spot, and that it was the reason i was keep coming back. That, and the great staff along with the amazing service offered.
As others have written, I can’t speak highly enough of their homemade cashew milk. It was excellent with the chai latte. Groundwork is a great place to spend the afternoon working - giant tables, great daylight, fast WiFi. The only thing I would improve is sound absorption/soft materials or add lounge seating, and renovate the bathroom. It was not very busy when I came in, but I can imagine the noise could get bad in the open warehouse aesthetic. And the unisex restroom is part of the customer experience- don’t forget about it!
First may I say wow. This huge open and spacious cafe is a total must for me. The actual smell of the coffee roasting when you park behind the store is untouchable by anyone as far as I am concerned. I have tried several coffee drinks and a green tea that were also untouchable by the other cafes I frequent. The prices are good for the items I order. The menu looks very nice. ( I included a shot of the menu) The feel of this location is very relaxed and its easy to stay a long while doing laptop work or recreation. The best part for me I think is how open and friendly they are to pets. I mean some days I go and there are so many (well behaved of course) even the largest breeds can be accommodated here. I had one of the BEST dark chocolate mochas here. It’s a “for sure” when I’m close to the NW area.
Decent coffee but they need to figure out a better system. The last two times I came here someone else grabbed my drink and they had to remake it, taking twice as long. This last time they remade it completely wrong. Super frustrating way to start the day. Write names on the cup or announce what the drink is when you serve it, it can't be that difficult.
I have never written a review for a place before, but I have for the third time now, spent 7 dollars on the worst matcha I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a barista here make it correctly. It always comes out unbelievably chunky. It’s like they doesn’t mix it at all. Don’t know how the coffee is but do not buy their expensive matcha. Not worth it.
Excellent coffee. Rivals Stumptown and Cafe Vitta. Most impressed with Ethiopian variety. Very unique, with caramel finish. Outstanding!
