We can also assist you in finding the perfect lot for you! Do you prefer to build on your own lot? While much of the process of building a new custom home on your lot is the same as our typical construction process, there are many differences. The most important part is the up-front analysis – this is where Group Three Builders’ 80+ years of construction experience can save you time and money. We will meet you on your lot and review all of the many factors that affect the overall cost and complexity of building a new home on your land, including: topography, building lines, utility availability, soil conditions, community restrictions. If you don’t have a floor plan yet, no problem! We can show you several possible designs, or connect you with an architect.

We worked with Group Three to build our custom home. Lee was fantastic through coordinating with the architect and reviewing plans with a meticulous eye. His eye for detail with the allowances was impeccable and it meant we didn't go over budget! Eric was fantastic running the teams onsite. He accepted nothing but perfection even if it meant a trade had to come back and redo it. It meant that our punch list was minimal. We moved into a perfect house that was on-time and on-budget. Our home buying experience was nothing short of five stars!! We couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care our purchase was given and with all the special details our purchase entailed. We have been impressed by everything all the way from the quality of the finishes in our new home as well as by the relationships that we have had with every person during the process. No questions were left unanswered and no requests were too big or too small. I could write so many different qualities about Group Three but the thing that stands out to me most is the level of attention each one of the guys gave to us any time something came up during our custom home buying purchase. Lee went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correct, and also did a great job of communicating to us what was happening and where we are in the process. We have even had a few minor things we noticed after we closed on the home and they have come out right away and had it taken care of.
