Got appointment pretty quick but took a little longer than expected to complete. They were supposed to top off all my fluids including the windshield washer and it was left empty. Also before scheduling I was told an oil change was 39.99 and ended up being 65 with tax. When questioned they said that was with only 5 qts. of oil and mine took 8. They knew my vehicle and should have quoted the correct price before the work was started and should have filled my washer fluid! Makes me wonder what else they missed!
The service was amazing. Even with the snow falling quickly the employees stayed over to finish up our purchase. Thank you Diehl!!!
