The staff here is always kind and helpful. I have had all pleasant experiences with the printing staff, cashiers, and manager. The male staff member at customer service desk on the am shifts is always delightful, friendly, and helpful. He will ask specific questions to find exactly what you need. I go out of my way if I am in another area to shop at this particular Staples! Customers are appreciated here.

Absolutely horrible employee relations. I overheard a manager speaking to a group of employees about a bad review or something. I only caught a glimpse of his name tag but I think it said Brice or Bruce, not sure which. At first I was an aisle over looking at some pens and I could clearly hear him speaking, far too loud for a conversation of that nature, as I began to move away from the department he got louder and I saw the three young ladies he was berating incessantly, they were a lot more calm than I would have been in their position, he was very disrespectful with them. Having been in retail management for nearly 10 years now, I understand how stressful a job store manager/director or whatever his title was can be however that man was a perfect example of how a bad manager that can't handle stress treats his employees, absolutely unacceptable behavior out of someone who clearly has a large role in his store culture.
