Went in for a trim. I have naturally curly hair! I had asked before I went in that I needed an experienced hair stylist for curly hair. I stressed how important this was! My hair was past the middle of my back! When I left it was to my shoulders! I was literally in tears. They over charged us! Was supposed to be 27 ended up 36 for a hair cut I was very upset about. Their products are cheap! This was the worse experience that I have ever had w my hair! Do not go here! If I could of rated them zero I would have!
