They arranged the cutest flower arrangement for me to give to a client. It was perfect. I had no idea what to get for her but they were able to put something together for me. I loved it and so did she.
Disappointed in what I paid for and received. I don’t recommend buying from them using their online website. The bouquet size was a lot less than what I expected.
I have tried several florists over the years and I have had several disappointments. Going to the Rusty Willow has been an excellent experience since the first time I used them. The flowers Kim uses always last and the arrangements are beautiful. When my mother passed away Kim went above and beyond to make sure that the flowers at my mom's service were perfect. Her goal was accomplished. I will be a customer at the Rusty Willow for life. Thank you Kim for all you have done for us.
On July 1st, 2018, my very beautiful Aunt Mary passed away. Prior to passing Aunt Mary told me, she wanted white daisies at her funeral. Being I'm from Kansas City, Missouri, I knew nothing about the flower shops in Grove, but Shaunda Lawson of Lawson Funeral Home highly recommended the The Rusty Willow. Upon seeing the flower display, on the day of my beloved Aunt's funeral, I was very happy. The flower arrangement was spectacular. It was exactly what my Aunt Mary had described to me. Ms. Lawson told me that the owner of The Rusty Willow, had to track down the flower truck in Tulsa, to insure that my Aunt's flowers were perfect and she had enough daisies to complete the arrangement. Thank you so very much for ensuring that my Aunt Mary's flowers were perfect for her celebration of life. This was a very difficult day for me, but the beautiful flowers warmed my heart. I know my Aunt Mary was smiling from heaven, for the Rusty Willow did right by her. Thank you for your kindness and caring heart to insure that my Aunt Mary's flowers were perfect. Be safe.
